PROJECT SUMMARY

Each year, my current employer conducts a photo contest for employees with cash prizes. The photos submitted are utilized in client work, with the top 13 images being featured in a photo calendar gifted to all clients. Contest themes vary each year, but typically center around a rural lifestyle.

I’m involved in the planning and management of this project for each year. This involves choosing a theme, publishing all content details on a website, encouraging contest entries, employing a voting system to select the winners, and laying out the final photo calendar to be mailed to clients. The project is popular for employees who choose to participate, those selected to vote, and the clients who receive the personal, yet practical holiday gift each year.
